Educate Me on Scouting

This question is more geared for those who have or had daughters in college...

What, if anything are coaches giving their players in regards to scouting? Does your DD get a report game by game? Was talking to DD the other night and she showed me the software they use (https://synergysports.com/) to look at themselves and other teams. Maybe I am behind the times, but I was impressed with the program... everything was searchable.... .spray charts, pitch charts, video, etc.

I know D1 schools have the resources but I was impressed that the D3 schools are trying.

My nephew (graduated college 7 years ago) played D3 basketball. He was given detailed notes on all of the players on the opposing teams he played
