You posted in the closed thread, "Went an OU pitching camp. They had the girls set up on BOSU balls. Not from full wind up just a step and throw."

Can you explain a little more? Flat side up, or ball side up? Was it a walk through? Just trying to get a visual to use with my kiddo.

Sure, sorry I did not respond in other post. Flat side down on ball. The ball is not fully inflated. It is just a step throw and front foot lands on lower half of ball. The force of the foot coming down on ball will create pressure on the air in ball and gives a push back feeling.

Yeah, they closed the other thread...I am familiar with the BOSU Ball.

So, It was ball side up, and it was placed at the point of stride foot landing. Does that sound about right? Thanks for the input.

Yes that is correct but I am stressing that this drill was step only. I would imagine a girl could get hurt if she tried her full wind up/leap onto the ball.
