Sweet tea is good!

I never have so much as a sip of anything with alcohol until I'm done working with my last player that day ... mainly because I wish to be free to exhibit high levels of energy while coaching and I don't ever wish to have that confused with being intoxicated.

I am also an avid coffee drinker. Often start my day with a pot of fresh ground french roast. Like my coffee brewed immediately after the grind.

Have appreciated the 'beer recommendations'. Would welcome coffee bean recommendations as well.

People refuse to believe it but I have never taken a drink of alcohol. Where I grew up, I saw everyone sitting on their steps brown bagging it and I had bigger dreams. Then, I became afraid to drink because of my temper. So, I've never done it. Don't mind at all if others do. I brew my tea when I can and love sun tea during the summer. However, be careful about those sun tea containers with spouts. Check that spout and wash it. It can get moldy fast. Also, the water does matter. Where we built our house, the water is hard. So, for a good glass of tea, I use some filtered water.

Thank you EricF, I think she's a "keeper" as well.

Tonight after hitting I climbed out of the car and found an assorted 12-pac of Sam Adams. Grabbed a Boston Lager. Really hit the spot!! Then went for an Escape Route ... not as enjoyable as the Boston Lager.

Happy Valentine's Day folks!

Love is in the air. One suspects that it too, like Valentine's Day, shall pass.
