01 DD will soon be playing in her first exposure tourney. We are making a bio sheet to hang in team binder during games. Any suggestions on what to include other than photo, DOB, graduating class, GPA, BA, fielding % and extra curricular activities? Should I include team accomplishments? Thanks in advance for your response.

That pretty much sums up what DDs team provides but they have a one page hand out with the roster listed. Picture, number position, school, email. Coaches contact info is on there, team web site. Grad year, GPA, NCAA clearing house and SAT if taken.
Base running speed needs to be on it too IMO...

As you get further into the process and it gets serious, coaches will ask for transcripts. More often than not they did not have to be official. Every semester we ordered one from the school and scanned it to a PDF that my DD and I had on our phones. When the coach asked for it we could have the transcript, her latest profile sheet, and her vCard in their inbox within a few minutes.
