she'll be 17 in November. I was thinking about getting ringors for games, but I heard they might be heavy and while they may be fine for pitching I'd rather not have her running the bases with "heavy shoes".

she's currently using Addidas molded cleats. they work fine but the shoe is breaking down from her leaving them tied and slipping her feet, er.. STUFFING her feet into them without untying/tieing every time.

she got the molded cleats last year due to having a weak ankle after breaking it previously. I'm thinking maybe keeping those cleats for practice and getting metal for games. ( Maybe I should just get the same cleats with metal spikes?)

any advice or recommendations?

thanks

Ringors can be heavy. The Bandit model is the lightest they have and it's comparable to other brands.

There is a lighter weight Ringor if weight is a concern. Ringor with the pitching toe if your DD pitches.
