Honestly one of the best things you can do is look at the model swing thread of right handed hitters hitting the ball hard. Look for common movements and compare to your video.
1. Do most unweight the front foot when reaching back to swing
2. When the bat goes back do most have their front knee turn in
3. How does the rear leg and hip move and finish in most of the good swings.
The closer you come to matching these high level swings, the closer you can get to where a few tops and concepts will really help.
