Cracked bat? Or just paint cracks?

Totally new at this.. Is this bat cracked or just paint cracks?

I've been buying and using composite bats for 20 years. Mikens, Demarini, and LS. I've never seen a "paint crack".

Some call it webbing too. Its thin lines certain paint (usually the fancier, bright, metallic paints) gets after the composite
starts the flex. The paint basically cracks, sometimes it will flake off if bad enough.
Newer bats also can get a "seem" in it from manufacturing. Seem isnt a great thing to get either.

That's an unfortunate thing whether it's just crack paint or physical crack umpire see's either imperfection and gets tossed because they are not the QC Department to determine which it is.
