Watching OK and UL-Lafayette. This is the first time I've actually sat down and watched Hamilton pitch. Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears that she pulls her hand back after release on each pitch instead of following through, and definitely not following through across her body.
Is this a certain pitch? Or just another example of how different mechanics can achieve high level results?
