chelsea thomas change up

I was watching chelsea thomas this weekend and was totally impressed with her change up, is she throwing some kind of a roll over change, does anyone have any video of her mechanics with this pitch?

It is a drop change. The theory is it stays over the strike zone longer enticing hitters and then drops and even can curve away from the swing.

My daughter attended her MU off speed lessons and learned this pitch. It is going to be the hot thing next season as everyone tries to mimic it.

All MU pitchers throw it but Chelsea was the first to perfect it use in a game. Great coaching staff at MU!!
