After warming up, H went into helping casey get her hips into the swing more and gave her a mental thought on timing and studing the pitcher.


Years of giving lessons and working with thousands of girls have gave him insight to seeing things most of us would never see.
What muscles are being used. Telling the girl and parent where you should feel it.
And the best part is sharing with me and others.

this reminds me of the Doyle Baseball School loading. The word we used was triggerrrrrrrrrr objective. Do you recall me using this when we first met?
