Can someone tell me or post a link to a website where I can get a list of pitches to call for the various situations? I want to work more with my daughter on catching, she is a sophmore in HS, on where to set up, what pitches to call, etc. I dont know if our pitchers even take signals for different pitches or if they go by where our catchers setup. Thanks for the help...

I don't know a website but I can tell you what my catchers use.
Inside outside high and low are indicated by knees and groin. Knees are outside and groin is inside. Depending on the batter is whether it's outside or inside. The leg closes to the batter is inside and the leg furthest away is outside. I only have a change up and drop. Change up is twirling the finger in a circle, drop is an open palm. She used a closed fist for rise for our other pitcher.
