Brush interference

The arm "brushes" the hip. It doesn't slam into the hip.

I asked my DD about "brush interference" and...she said she always has brushed her arm against her hip.

Good for you. I am sitting here with some college pitchers who don't use it and are laughing at all of you with your out of date ideas. You think you see things, but you watch videos. They are out here pitching. I am laughing as well. So have fun at 10 and 12u.

Sitting there with some college pitchers, huh. Care to let us know who they are/where. Better yet, post some clips of them pitching so that we might look over their pitching mechanics.
