Don't really know where to post this so I will post it here.
My DD (9yo) has only been pitching since August, she has been taking a weekly pitching lesson since October. Today was her first real game pitching for her new team. She got the ball in the first game vs a good team, ranked #11 or #12 in the 10u division in Ohio. She pitched a complete game, 5IP, 9K's, no walks, 1 hit for the win 6-1.
She has worked so hard to get here. This was one of my best days of my life watching my DD out there doing really well. I almost wanted to cry a few times. I hope it only gets better, I know she won't always pitch this good, but man it was really fun.
