Facility wise - FastPitchNation in Bloomfield, CT is former indoor tennis club converted to an indoor training facility with pitching tunnels and hitting tunnels and fenced/netted turf playing field w/ an observation deck. What really sets it apart is the full-sized clay infield.
Planet Fastpitch I hear is really good for pitchers, but I know they offer some stuff for non-pitchers.
