Holy Grail is in the Technical hitting Thread for free....you just have to find it.
Not brag or anything but just fact...I have watched probably 6 SEC games in last two days and know see more girls then not that have an open stance and coil in to swing. I don't see ANY hitting dvds, clinics, or coaches that teach it, so wheres it coming from?
