This will be a first (Hopefully not the last). DD and myself have been working on a few things. The video isn't the best because we were playing on a converted baseball field. I think our next steps will be to work on extension, but need input.

It's hard to argue with the result of this swing! It looks like the pitcher left the ball over the plate, and your DD made her pay. Congratulations!

As far as extension goes, I asked the same question when I first joined. The advice I received was to focus on the things that happen up stream. Extension is a result. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to tell much from this video. Maybe one of the more experienced posters can offer some more advice. There are several things that could be involved.
