Unable to get the video, but from the still shots, it looks like she is throwing a peel drop.

well they play a double header with AZ tomorrow 3/11/12 starting at 10:00. so step or no step she better bring it if she wants to beat Candrea.

I could not find the video on the link provided.

What I DO see from the photos posted, is that her stride foot barely seems to come a shoes length forward of the rubber and the pivot foot is staying in contact with the rubber through the release.

Did she make a full circle wind up? If not, those mechanics could only be one thing that I know of; It is a pitching tactic, a 'Back pocket push' wind up. It is a stunning tactic and deliver the ball to the hit zone faster than any other method I know of.

Would like to see a video to know for sure.

That footwork is NOT normal for a pitcher that throws with a step style wind up.
