Bat Recs 11yr Slapper Leadoff

Looking for a bat recommendation for an 11yr old lefty slapper and leadoff hitter. 5ft about 100lbs. Currently using Axe Element 30in I think it is -11 or -12.
Looking for something solid in the $200 range. Saving $ is a plus.

Your best bet is a used CF in a -10 or -11, especially in that price range. You can also go with an Anderson Rocketech Carbonlite or Carbon in a -11 or -10. They can be had pretty cheap if you know whom to ask.
