Bat cracked?

Do you think is it cracked?
My daughter think her bat is dead. I look through it and saw this line.

Same thing happens to my DDs started the same as the picture you’re showing, after a couple of weeks after it cracked,

Yep it's cracked; might still work but it's just a matter of time before she's done.

DD goes through 5 bats a year. I've seen that crack many times. The story always ends the same way. If it's on warranty send that picture in; the manufacturer will confirm; then send the bat in and they will replace.

Yes, DD's bat looked like that about 6 weeks ago. This happened Friday night hitting off the HitTrax machine. We bought the bat in early July, so it's under warranty. The replacement is going to be used exclusively as a game bat in the future and we picked up an LXT that was in great shape at Play It Again Sports for practice.

Started with a small crack like OP's; kept hitting and eventually...

What the heck made that blue smudge on bottom of barrel? Is that from a Heavy Ball? My guess is, whatever made that blue smudge, probably cracked the bat.



And these, look like cleat marks.... (ask me how I know.... )
