Thanks Big Dave.....On the high tee drill...does she have to stand taller to do this drill?

The ball on the tee should be placed no higher than her shoulders. Hitting the ball at that level helps muscle-memory for a higher hand path. Of course, we don't want her hand path always that high, but it should raise it and stop some of the hand dropping that can cause lots of pop-ups. When she starts seeing riseball pitchers this will help, along with that this should help create a better bat angle to hit all the other movement pitches.

Took her to a softball facility yesterday to hit. A local college player had time to kill and offered to work with her. I didn't mind at all as it allowed me to sit back and watch. My DD was a bad bug squisher. We've been working on it the past few weeks (more time available since basketball is coming to an end ).....is the back foot doing what it's supposed to?
