Got a problem. We have used RT's since 2006. Never a problem. Our 2010 dented the first HS game. ( flagged altered ) Sent it back over a month ago. Called Anderson twice, and have been told a 2011 will replace our 2010. But they say it is on backorder. So we still have no new bat. The 2009 we are using has over 190 games now and loosing it's pop. Anyone else having problems getting their replacement RT?

I'm calling them again tomorrow and may have to get nasty. Ridiculous service for 5 years at $300 a pop.

I called and talked to Vince. My bat was shipped out on the 25th of April. We both looked at the UPS tracking info and..................received DAMAGED AND OR WITHOUT CONTENTS.
So now Anderson has to file a claim with UPS and THEN ship out my bat..........again.

Hope it gets resolved soon.

Wouldn't it be sweet if Costco sold high end bats?
