Anyone have any knowledge or experiences with this organization? Our organization has apparently teamed up with them and are trying to make it mandatory for all of the teams to register. There is an annual fee. Thoughts?

It is another recruiting service with a slick web page. Any of the information they have there is already available on the web. As for recruiting. You can do that yourself with the same results, or better, because you'll be focused solely on your DD. There are tons of articles on the web that address recruiting. The bottom line is you're more invested than ANY service will be with your DD's future. I'd pass.
