No one wants to toss anyone but if it is an Issue coach or someone from board or tourney should get involved.

Being a coach I was told, and confirmed, to shut a couple people up. I had no idea until I needed to listen outside the fence. Never heard heard it.

I wouldn't want the parent of a player tossed, at least not until a number of warnings. We already had one incident at team building event where this parent say some bigoted things. I informed the president of the team of the incident, and was told something would be done about it. Don't know if anything was done.

I fear it is not going to get better.
