2 hitting aids

I used my Line drive pro today with my new net, which is simple to set up. Not crazy about the swings I recorded. It seems to compound my problem of shifting the weight forward, exaggerates the weight shift while trying to throw the ball.

Next time I will use the Swingblaster together with the Line drive pro to try TTB more behind my body/head. Basically it’s a dry swing, which aren’t always the best swings.

Oh, I know what I’ll try, turning my stance setup so I can throw the ball at a angle into the net. Simulate hitting the outside pitch and throwing the ball deep, deep contact.

Or even SNF at 45 degrees, while trying to throw the ball deep. Even try SnF at a angle.

wasn't there a DIY thingy with lengths of black pipe with cap and collar, a barbell weight whose hole was smaller than the cap or collar, and you swung it out? I believe I have one somewhere.

There was! And they were EVERYWHERE for about 20 minutes.

well, I just found mine and now that I understand what it's supposed to do, we use it and it actually does help. as others have said before, an aid has no value if you don't know how and what it's aiding.
