12U Daughter Needs Small Catcher's Helmet

Hi all! My smallish daughter is moving up to 12U and I want to upgrade her from the Easton stuff she used last year. I am looking at the Schutte leg guards, which look great. The Schutte helmet, however, is a one size fits all. My daughter has a really small head and I am afraid it will be too big. Anyone know of one that is smaller than the typical one-size fits all one that is sold?

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

DD has a small cranium and used an Adidas helmet. I think it may have had an adjustment knob in the back.

I just bought my daughter a Wilson Shock FX 2.0 fastpitch mask. I've read very good reviews and am impressed so far with it. It comes in a S/M model which fits as small as 6 1/8.

Buuuut because I am a big Schutt fan I would encourage you to measure her head from mid forehead to back of head where her occipital bone is at. Measure circumference and divide that by 3.14. Then you will know exactly if that Schutt helmet fits her or not
