"She hit live pitching tonight with 3 swing thoughts, 1 was lowering her hands and moving them slightly toward pitcher, 2 focused on having zero counter rotation of the shoulders to initiate swing, 3 was having resistance and pulling back with her legs. "

What do you mean per the bold (#3)?

This is a pretty good example. You can see Him pulling back with the tops of the legs into to his hips. Most of the guru's here at dfp call it flexion. My DD does it a little different. She does have flexion but She bows her legs out you can't see the bowing because she is resisting it. She is trying to turn the front leg toward pitcher, when she picks it up the front hip gets out of the way causing a sudden move to the ball created by resistance. The resistance also allows her to pick up front foot without moving back toward catcher.

Here are couple updated swings, I just wanted to share and get some feedback. The fence was 225ft in the bottom video and ball hit the bottom of the fence. I still see some flattening, leveling, and bat drag but the pitch was high.
And btw that crazy sounding sounding, very excited guy wasn't me. lol:)

Proud papa post. 11yo DD was selected to represent 12yo boys little league Allstar district team in opening ceremonies hr derby.

I pitched to her and I was nervous as a cat covered in crap, almost hit her in the head with first pitch.

She did well, tied with 2nd most hr's when we left with 1 hitter that hadn't batted.

She plays travel baseball and also local little league and we play on mostly 250' fences. If all games were on 225' fences she would have around 20hrs on the year but has 10 thru the spring season.

Thnx to everyone that has given advice in this thread and pm's!!!
