When she plants after the stride, her foot is at a 90 degree angle. Most would suggest 45degree angle to home plate.
Palm down after release is fine but she seems to finish high with her shoulder at her cheek and arm well above her waist as if she is muscling the pitch with her right shoulder instead of just letting the arm whip do the work.
How's her accuracy and velocity?
Axe, how often does she throw short distance into a wall or tarp?
We do this every practice. However, we just started seeing the new PC in July who introduced this. We have been trying to use that to focus on form and then throw full pitches at the end of practice to work on form.
Good reinforcement from the DFP community of what we are doing. Almost everything pointed out in the comments are things that our PC has diagnosed in our last couple lessons and we are working on.
