When you get a chance, can you post a video from the side and pretty close? I prefer Youtube video due to the slow motion settings, but Coach's Eye is fine.
As suggested above, her current form makes consistency very difficult. If she continued as is and practiced a lot, she could overcome the form and find some short-term success, but at the expense of a lot of work. With some key changes, her consistency and speed will improve dramatically. I would be very wary of a PC that encourages her to maintain her current form.
