Yeah, that's what I did and it took me to the camoflauge jacket page... I did find some Youtube video's about the thing, some I had seen before, have never made it through a whole one yet.

I've seen these things around for awhile and wondered how on earth they could possibly be useful in any way.

I had the same thought when I saw this ad.
And FWIW, Ken, your comments were pretty tame in my opinion.

Was typing out a more in depth response but computer froze. Short version. DD could not feel that her hand and forearm were getting away from her body. Tried multiple drills and she still felt she was nearly hitting herself although video showed she wasn't. Hard headed little booger. Spun this thing around a few times and she realized where her hand was. Made the correction and haven't touched it since. Wouldn't want her to use it to loosen up or strengthen her arm, but it worked to help her understand what her body was doing this time. My only experience with it.
