I looked into some local trainer/sports medicine shops using the RedCord sysytem and found one with someone who knows how to use it properly. I spoke with the owner on the phone and explained what we were looking to accomplish. She had played previously herself and was currently working with another softball player/pitcher. Unfortunately, we haven't made time to get in and do it yet! Dang where does the time go.....?

Thanks this is nice!
I can't vouch for the workout yet as DD just completed her first session.. But let me say that she really struggled with the redcord workout. She could barley get through 2 sets of some of the exercises. She's determined to get better at the program. So that is promising. It may take her a few weeks to get accustomed to the exercises. I will update this thread from time to time as she works out with the program. We weren't able to find a red cord mini. But have a system that is very close. DD is 14 and yesterday she threw 59.. So we'll see what 6-8 weeks doing this will get her.
