Thanks Crystal for posting this video. This is one of the areas my DD is working to improve. DD has a tendency to drag mostly the inside of her foot and not drag more of the toe causing her hips to stay back. I like the simplicity of the cues Coach Pauly is using.

YW….My daughter looks great throwing the ball overhand, k drill but once she gets to the mound she seems to forget to turn the shoelaces down and the replant reappears.
