1.) Getting into legs during the stride. Anchor down to help achieve proper swing sequence from the ground up
2.) Stride and Stretch: creates some scap Load, core tension. Proper stride and hand stretch will control the front side and prevent many of the swing flaws we deal with (pulling off ball, lunging)
3.) Front hip works rearward to initiate swing/rotation: prevents player from drifting forward during swing and allows back knee to move forward
