    Great interview...lots of outstanding things mentioned within it. The guy's also got the perfect personality, and mindset of a hitting instructor. Easy to see why Alex has stayed with him for all these years. Thanks for the link.

    How do you like what he said about screwing the back hip/leg into that ground, clockwise? Joey Myers mentioned this action in his video, I don't think he mentioned it in his book.

    I don't remember Dixon saying this, was it in his book or just something he said? And your talking about a loading action screwing the back hip/leg into the ground clockwise/rearward?

    In his book I believe he covered the early phase of the move out not being directly forward, but in a direction equivalent to what we describe as FBC.
