Check out Bradley gloves too. The Next Play gloves are tailored for small kid hands. My DD(9) is small for her age and her Next Play 11.75" Single Post is a perfect fit. Finger stalls were the correct width for her small hands. Won't break the bank, but is high enough quality leather to form a good pocket and hold its shape. I haven't tried any of the catchers gloves though.
