I went and looked at her bat, and guess what, it’s actually 32”. I really need to go get my eyes checked. Y’all were making me nervous about it being too long for her, so I pulled it out of the bag to see the size instead of going with my obviously unreliable memory. She got money from her grandparents for her birthday and is still looking at bats. Can’t talk her out of it and it’s her money so...still looking.

Best of luck lol. With my son in baseball we generally did a new bat every year but one of our local suppliers has a helluva trade in program. Not doing that with his sister until at least HS ha.

Without knowing too much about your daughter, id say dont go up any more than 32" Id even go as far to see if you can get a -11 at that length. I've got a 10yo (5'4 120) swinging a 31/21 right now. Its a little bit too heavy to use it "The right way" 100% consistently but we have her working with hitting coach now in the offseason to start getting ready for the spring. Since she's playing up this year I might just go find a cheaper (perhaps even used) 30/20 that she can hit with the faster pitchers. The bat she is using now was actually bought used (Louisville Xeno) and should last her at least 2 years

My DD is 16, she's 5'0" and has been using a 33" LXT for 2 years now, using it pretty good I might add.

Big difference between 10 and 15-16 in regards to maturity, experience and strength. With that being said, bat sizing charts are only guidelines...
