Hmmm, I may have spoken too soon based on your later post Titan. Does your Jugs Jr. have the dial that shows percentages? If so, I do have that model. Let me know and I'll see if I can get you a photo.

There's much more to the story than it just stopped working. I plugged it in, ran it up to about 20 mph, then 40 mph, then up to about 70 mph. We fooled around with some softies and then I dialed it back down to 20.

Here is where the problem reared it's head. It didn't slow down! It kept running at full speed. I turned it off at the switch and let it coast down to a stop. I turned it back on and there was zero response. The first thing I checked was the fuse. There are no burns on the board and the solder joints look fine. There are 2 areas on the board where there is a soldered spot (slight peak where the solder was pooled/built up). The interesting thing about these 2 areas is that in each one, there are perfect holes where there may have been a component - like a jumper or resistor. When I took it apart, nothing fell out and I was working on a clean surface so I should have noticed if it got warm, melted the solder and fell out. I can get an aftermarket controller for about 60 dollars that I'm sure would work, but I'd really like to fix it for the price of a cheap resistor!

I'm new to this site. I'll take a couple of pictures and post them tonight. Ken - there is a dial in the middle of the panel with a on/off switch under the dial. Also, there is a fuse holder in the same general vicinity.
