The kids that have left from here made the right decision. Wish we did it earlier but didn’t have a field to go to. This feeder program for the high school was failing its softball players. The high school is the largest in our region and was a bottom dweller because of the league/organization mentality. This last year we made playoffs for the first time in at least 6 years. (Coaching change) Players that left our group play for big time PGF teams in Cali. These kids that were told they’d never play for our high school. Have to love small town politics!

Sometimes you have to know what your org is and what it isn't. Sounds like they did not make a good evaluation of their own program.
