Have any of you use a sports psychologist for your DD? What is a good age to start looking in to this? I’ve been researching it a little and can see the positives even outside of sports so just wanted to get some opinions from the board.
Edited to add: I’ve heard about them quite a bit during the Olympics and I have seen some other articles as well on elite athletes. DD has a pretty strong drive but was thinking about if she could improve it.
