DD1 not getting courtesy runner

I have mixed feelings on courtesy runners.
For a school play off run DD was attached to C. I do not recall if she was a better baserunner then her but it got DD in game.
Generally I will ask if they want one, mostly I hear no. If DD is pitching a bunch she will say yes.
We are usually organized enough that either an adult or a player on bench will go out to warm pitcher up while catcher gears up, does not slow the game up as far as I have noticed.

DD gets a courtesy runner 99% of the team in TB. Although, she got to touch all 4 after she banged one over the fence on Sunday. During showcases that's how the coach gets the bench players in the game.
Umm, no courtesy runner when you hit it over the fence? Softball has way to many rules.
How about the courtesy extended to Sara Tucholsky, when she was assisted in scoring a home run by members of the opposing team, when an injury prevented her from completing the play by running the bases on her own, does that count? LOL
