That's eligibility...but academic money is based on your full gpa and your test scores...I doubt anyone seeking academic money is worried about core eligibilityJust remember, the only classes that truly count for GPA according to NCAA eligibility are your core classes. They "throw out" the non-core classes to calculate your actual eligibilty GPA, to "level" the GPA playing field. Too many kids taking easy classes to get an A and boost their GPA.
