    Hip Flexor Injuries for 14 yr old pitcher

    pitching "style" cocked wrist???

    she is using dorsi-flex from the time she puts the ball in the glove through her load and the first 1/4 or so of her circle.My main concern is first over time will this "style" of pitching hurt her physically and or her future as a pitcher.
