Shoulder Popping?
Last night me and my dad were practicing pitching outside and when i was first warming up, just throwing overhand, i could here my shoulder popping when i was throwing, about when my arm was a little more towards my dad past my head...Then when i was pitching, it popped at around, nine oclock...- blizzardpitcher18

pre-game eating habits?
I play in tournaments often and i find that i 'cant' eat until the last game of the day is over... I dont know if it is anxiety or what, but i just wont eat... I dont know what i can eat and i do need to eat something to keep my energy up... Any ideas of foods i could eat that wont sit in my...- blizzardpitcher18

pitching question??
I am a pitcher myself, and i tend to get pain on my fingertips usually after every game.. Usually it is my middle and pointer finger, and i was wondering if anyone knew what this is from and what i can do, any tips and suggestions is welcome, thanks.- blizzardpitcher18
