Throwing speed/accuracy 14u
Looking to develop my 14 yr olds throw. She can consistantly throw mid/high 40's. She does throw accurate but wings a little side arm every so often. Her throws are from her "back pocket". What would be a good way to increase speed without attempting injury...? Thanks- DADOF

2011 Louisville -10 Xeno Composite Fastpitch
Looking at a new bat for my 14 yr old. Has anyone have any experience with the xeno loisville bat. Alot of technology thats sounds good but does it work in the real world....any insights....we all know bats are a important and expensive. Thanks- DADOF

need advice for next year
To leave or not.. Whats happens when u leave your local travel team for one outside of your school district. Should u expect retaliation from the schools jv/varsity teams. coaches are related. My daughter wants a more competive experience but by changing teams we are worried about fairness...- DADOF
