    Jen Schro gear question

    DD got the Jen Schro helmet last fall, and then got the legs and chest a couple of weeks ago. She is having an issue with the neck protection part of the helmet getting caught in the neck protector of the chest. Anyone else having this issue? If so what have you done?

    When to start.

    DD is a 2023 looking at mainly D3, but also 2 or 3 D2 schools. All the schools are several States away. What should be doing now for the D3? What should she be doing for the D2’s? Is it the same?

    Daughter cut from team for being injured

    Flinching

    After catching for 3 years DD has started flinching when she goes to block the ball. She has not been injured and had never shown any fear of any kind behind the plate before. Has anyone else experienced this and is there any advice on how to cure it?

    Thoughts on walk up music

    DD 12u team is debating using walk up music for when the players come up to bat. My thoughts are that I can see it as something fun for the girls, however I can also see how it could get annoying I'm curious to others opinions and experiences are with and about walk up music.

    Daughter is too anxious
