    glove for small 10u

    My DD is 9U player same size as your daughter. She is on her second year with her Wilson A2000 11.75. Has Super skin on back to help with weight, Velcro wrist strap to help her with fit and has been an awesome glove. She plays 2nd and SS.

    Question about dues....

    IMHO, Its all about communication. One of the things I always stress in parent meetings is that I (as coach) should be the first one to hear about potential issues, not the parent sitting beside them. The coach may not know others on the team think its a problem. I suggest talking to the coach.

    Gear for chilly weather

    We use the cold gear shirts from Boombah. Made from Poly material similar to UA, cheaper, and can get them in most colors to match Jerseys. Like what was said in previous post, layer. Have worn two layers of UA in past as well as have hand warmers in both back pockets.

    Playing flat

    FYI, by Rah Rah, I meant team huddles/ getting excited trying to get them up, not yelling at them. I like the music idea. We have used it during practices, not game day though. I do think running helps get their blood moving.
