    Bill has always stated that hitters at the top level are too good to just throw a curve or screw that moves only horizontally, which is what he means by moves on two planes with his pitches. So his "screwball" doesn't just move in on righties or away from lefties it also drops, his curve ball...

    Please help me with the mechanics of throwing pitches with pressure points. Trying to introduce my daughter to a cutter and running fastball. I would like pictures of grips and any other pertinent info, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have seen Bill's clinics he said when a pitcher pitches inside it is almost always because her hips are coming through too early. Then hand needs to come through first then the hips follow. Same rule as hitting. You can see some of his clinics via youtube.
