    Fouts Velocity

It's well documented that her dad is a HE instructor out in the WV area I believe.

    Kankakee NSA nightmare

That and all of those NSA Kankakee tournaments haven't changed in years. It's always the same issues. Take a look around there are other non sanctioned tournaments around. Again O'Fallon and St. Louis is place to be if you're A level if not, I believe there are other tournaments around the area...

A message to coaches from a pitching instructor.

Haha!! Honestly the college coaches should be the ones reading that. They are messing up the kids more than the HS coaches!

The Most Effective Drill You've Used to Build Drive Off the Rubber

All valid! Teaching shin and spine angle will help them not get to bent over. It's a sprinters lean, not bend. Several visuals and drills can help that. One thing I like to do with them is a trust fall forward where they keep the body straight and let it fall until the stride leg comes out to...

The Most Effective Drill You've Used to Build Drive Off the Rubber

Top 3 - 1. Split N Git 2. Skip In by @Doug Romrell 3. Jump Back, Split and Drive. I've gotten more into Springy type drills to help most drive mechanics

    The Wrist

Tincher is very much into the long and "Fluid" release. IMO this causes way to much forward effort, and then the wrist now has to have some action on it. I am 100 percent in agreement with Balswick. Minimize forward effort, so the arm can do what it is supposed to do without too much or any...

@Hillhouse She mentions you, I know you do things the right way, and have helped many here - Check this blog out...... Can't believe there are still people out there who still teach this CRAP! Found this gem here...

No "load" for pitching? Anyone heard of this?

Far superior? Hmm. I don't see the fastest (speed) woman in the world in this stance. It works for some, does not work for all. Lots of kids in this stance, stand straight up, instead of going out. Again, watch NCAA softball. How many start in that stance, some, yes? Most no. Also pretty sure...

Help! Lack of Drop Ball Bite

All about Posture, Release and Spin. Height has absolutely nothing to do with break. Mike White actually stays back on his.... well all of his pitches look like this posture really. So if it aint bitting, it's an angle. Work on proper posture, relase and a good spin axis. Mike White Drop

Help! Lack of Drop Ball Bite

This is where Tincher loses me. Most of what is taught by them are angle pitches. (Hip angles, forced release usually on the drop. i.e look at their previous video of the curveball, with all students moving and pulling to where the curve is going. Very little break if at all) My guess is it's...

Anyone have thoughts on this Twitter thread?

Don’t forget about the HC! Look at that hashtag #datadoesntlie Well that’s only if that data isn’t tainted or not valid… But hey she loves him! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Anyone have thoughts on this Twitter thread?

Yes NC State will still suck this year because they have neither… a kid throwing 70+ or true spin pitchers… have fun going 15-21 again in the ACC - remember it’s all about that Homerun and throw the ball past kids mindset!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
