Now I've done searches and a million posts come up with "Proper sequence" somewhere in the text. Can someone give me some good drills or show me the post that has them? I'm still trying to get my daughter to use the lower half better. I'll be taking video soon to post also. Thanks

These 2 links should be a must read for every parent who wants their dd to become a better hitter. The advice from all the members have been awesome. Myths have been busted i.e. Squishing the bug. Explaining technical terms and showing video, stills, and drills to help get their points across. Reading the progression of any dd is enlightening and for the members of this board for not being selfish in their knowledge, a big TY.

Thats why I always suggest those 2 links.Seems all new dad have the same questions when trying to understand the swing squence. The information on both those post is unbelievable. The patience all the posters show. Also all that knowledge that they share.Went back and re-read both a week ago, because I was missing something in my teachings with my DD.Print it out and save.
