Best bat for pitching machine work

I use to hit them (baseballs) a lot when I was a kid but that was with aluminum bats that wouldn't break if you hit 5 lb rocks..Would you say that you were using good condition dimples or was a lot of your hitting in facilities where you had no idea how the balls were taken care of?

Mix of both, owned with our teams in baseball and softball, and different facility use. You'd also be surprised at how many aluminum bats we dented.

Yah lite flite are more foam soft like. I'm was just talking about dimpled balls in general from earlier.

No doubt. We do 50 easy to contact swings off tee with rotation, then do 50 extensions, then some soft toss for 100. Rotating after every swing in general no matter what. They are made to flex and loosen up, so they gonna go either way at some point.

PS. The insanity is I still run into girls not rotating their bats?!?!?! Blows my mind.

Imagine there are more people doing that then are breaking in bats as described.

Maybe! DD was a Ghost user that hit the ball pretty hard. Before that it was Xenos with older dd who was also a power hitter. We just kept them and practice balls warm at all times…

I bought younger dd a -8 black/purple Stealth that was supposed to be a tank for practice. That bat was used but in good condition and she destroyed it faster than the new Ghosts… And I couldn’t just box it up send it back to 3500 Willow Lane in Thousand Oaks and get a new one, lol
