What’s your go to IPA, or actually any beer for that matter there in Seattle?

With Oregon and California close by, and Washington too I’d imagine, I’m sure you have tons of tasty options!

There are over 400 breweries in Washington state so there are a lot of options. I'm going to avoid going on a beer rant; I'll just say that while I'm happy there are so many options, I've mostly stopped trying new things.

My favorite local beer is Manny's Pale Ale by Georgetown Brewing. It's only available on draught though. They also make a good IPA called Lucille. Another IPA I've become fond of is Boundary Bay's Northwest Original IPA. Boundary Bay brewing is up in Bellingham, north of Seattle not to far from the border. I also like Diamond Knot's Industrial IPA. They're in Mukeltio, WA just up the sound a bit from Seattle.

Yeah you just named four I've never heard of, guess all the stories of hundreds of brews & breweries in the upper left hand corner I've read about are true!

For sure, but that's true of a lot of places now. North Carolina has 359 craft breweries according to this list.

I expect a report on all of them

Your source reports 461 here in CO...seems like more. And distilleries are popping up with increasing regularity as well.
I'm kinda in the same boat as the Lobster here though...variety is great but many of the newer varieties just don't do it for me so I tend to stick with more of the known commodities. Some are just way too hoppy, some way too sour, some way to fruity or sweet and some just too high of an alcohol content (if you can believe that)!
